Click find a doctor
For an EPO/PPO Plan click the National Network
For a CompreHealth Plan click NY Metro Network
Follow instructions and then click search

Click Search the General Directory
Follow instructions
For plan select PPO/EPO
For network select National
Choose type of provider & specialty then click Show Results

Click on the right hand side find a doctor or hospital.  Select Northeast region and Advantage Platinum, select type of provider.  Continue following the instructions then click search.

Select Non-member and choose a provider type, then click continue. 

For HIP HMO & POS plans (including Standard & Flexible plans), first select plan: HIP Prime, then select network: Prime 

For HIP EPO & PPO plans, first select plan: HIP Select EPO, then select network: Prime

Continue to follow the instructions, and then click Start Search

For HIP EPO & PPO in NJ, CT & Nationwide it is PHCS network.  go to phcs.com.

On the left hand side click employee and then provider networks

Click "list of GHI hospitals" for NY hospitals. Click www.multiplan.com go to the second row select the purple and blue M without the little PPO in the top right corner for all physicians and hospitals located outside of New York.

On the right hand side under resources click provider online search

Then click find a dentist

Choose your dental plan and click go

Fill in the information requested then click continue

Choose the details and then click find dentists now
