- Click “Find A Doctor”
- Click “Continue as a Visitor” (Press enter again) Zip code not needed
- Under EPO/PPO click “EmblemHealth PPO/EPO (GHI)
- Network is prefilled to “National”
- Follow instructions and then click search
For CompreHealth Plans:
- Click “Find A Doctor”
- Click “Continue as a Visitor” (Press enter again) Zip code not needed
- Under HMO Click “CompreHealth HMO”
- Follow instructions and then click search
- Click “Find A Doctor”
- Click “Continue as a Visitor” (Press enter again) Zip code not needed
- Under EPO/PPO click “See More Plans”
- Under more EPO/PPO Plans select “HIP prime PPO/EPO”
- Network is prefilled to “Prime”
- Follow instructions and then click search
- Click “Find A Doctor”
- Click “Continue as a Visitor” (Press enter again) Zip code not needed
- Under EPO/PPO click “See More Plans”
- Under more EPO/PPO Plans select “HIP prime PPO/EPO”

- Scroll to the bottom of the welcome page and click “Learn about becoming an Oxford member, or search for an Oxford doctor"
- Follow instructions and fill in the information requested and click “Submit”
- On the right hand side under resources click provider online search
- Then click ”Find a Dentist”
- Choose your dental plan and click “Go”
- Fill in the information requested then click continue
- Choose the details and then click find dentists now
- Under plan type click Davis Vision
