- Click find a doctor
- For an EPO/PPO Plan click the National Network
- For a CompreHealth Plan click NY Metro Network
- Follow instructions and then click search
- Click Search the General Directory
- Follow instructions
- For plan select “PPO/EPO”
- For network select “National”
- Choose type of provider & specialty then click “Show Results”
- Select Non-member and choose a provider type, then click “Continue”
- For HIP HMO & POS plans (including Standard & Flexible plans), first select plan: HIP Prime,
- then select network: Prime
- For HIP EPO & PPO plans, first select plan: HIP Select EPO, then select network: Prime
- Continue to follow the instructions, and then click “Start Search”
- For HIP EPO & PPO in NJ, CT & Nationwide it is PHCS network go to phcs.com.
- Scroll to the bottom of the welcome page and click “Learn about becoming an Oxford member, or search for an Oxford doctor"
- Follow instructions and fill in the information requested and click “Submit”
- On the right hand side under resources click provider online search
- Then click ”Find a Dentist”
- Choose your dental plan and click “Go”
- Fill in the information requested then click continue
- Choose the details and then click find dentists now
- Under plan type click Davis Vision
